Derek Broes wants to know whether you joined eFusjon prior to May 1, 2009. The date is significant because it was the cut-off date for the third change to the eFusjon compensation plan (read about the compensation plan history here). Where Derek is going with this, I cannot be sure, but I am sure lawyers will be involved -- some sort of class-action lawsuit? So far, Derek claims he received 250 responses in less than 4 hours.

What I can be sure of is, Rob Towles and eFusjon will be making a huge mistake if they let this go on for long. A public dispute with a high-profile figure is not how you want to grow a young company that is still suffering backlash from other corporate decisions that were made. Whether eFusjon corporate is in the right or not, I would try to settle with Broes and move on.
